Identity and document preparation
Use genuine, current, unaltered documents belonging to the account owner. Check that names, dates, and other personal details match the account. Keep the entire document visible and readable.

Selfie or liveness checks

Pending and rejected statuses
A pending status does not automatically mean failure. A rejection should be handled by reading the exact message and correcting only the identified issue.
Review times
