Payment evidence

  • ✓ Name and issuer are visible when needed

Source of funds

  • ✓ Explanation is truthful
  • ✓ Records match the explanation
  • ✓ Dates and amounts are consistent
  • ✓ Files are clear and organized

Common mistakes that slow verification

The most common KYC mistakes are simple: cropped files, poor lighting, old proof-of-address documents, mismatched names, payment methods that do not clearly belong to the user, and repeated uploads without reading the rejection reason. Before submitting again, compare the request against the exact document you plan to upload.
